Important information

If your ticket includes different fare types, the change and refund conditions of the most restrictive fare on the ticket will apply.

Flight changes

BASIC: you must request another fare, paying a penalty plus the fare difference, subject to availability and fare conditions. PLUS: the first change is free; if the new fare is higher, you must pay the difference plus applicable taxes. PREMIER: up to 3 free changes.

Refunds

BASIC: refunds do not apply. PLUS: refundable through a credit note; a penalty applies. PREMIER: refundable minus the OBFEE.

Discounts for children and seniors

Available on PLUS and PREMIER fares. For senior discounts in Panama, you must purchase your ticket at our sales offices or contact our Reservations Center at (507) 316-9000. Discounts and exemptions apply only to the beneficiary.

Baggage

BASIC: you can check baggage in the hold for an additional cost. All fares: 1 additional piece of up to 18 kg at $35.00 plus ITBMS; excess weight is charged at $5.00 per extra kg up to 25 kg. If you exceed the maximum, you can send it as Cargo.
